After successful implementing of the MOU negotiation for the World Energy Forum in Dubai for United Nation Partners in New York - the new set up of the World Leaders Forum Dubai - Founded: January 20, 2012 was agreed with the Dubai Governement as a Global Movement Campaign by Madame Sabine Balve, who was also the conference agenda author and sole facilitator of the MOU with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who gave his honorable Patronage.
