Sarah Robb O'Hagan

New York City

I am in the business of helping people achieve their potential. I lead the global fitness company Equinox as well as giving my time to providing access to sports for underserved girls, in order to help develop their lives and leadership potential. I was born in New Zealand - the first country in the world to give women the vote - and the home to the first man to climb Mt Everest. Not surprisingly - I've always had a strong imagination for what's possible - inspired by the pioneering spirit of my country. My career has included leadership roles at iconic brands (Virgin, Nike) and I am best known for my role leading the transformation of Gatorade. I am passionate about the intersection of technology with consumer brands and businesses. I've been recognized by Fast Company as one of the Most Creative People In Business, by Advertising Age as a "Woman to Watch" and by Forbes as one of the Most Powerful Women In Sports. I've also recently been featured in the New York Times, Marie Claire Magazine and on the CBS Morning Show.
