Scott Anderson

Technology Consultant and Performance Analyst in Perth, Australia

My previous roles as Performance Analyst since 2001 (formerly with the Tonga Rugby Union, Western Force and Brumbies Rugby), have enhanced my skills in achieving business outcomes through the practical application of technology, such as:

- information management of data and data visualisation;

- collection and dissemination of (big volumes of) audio-visual material; and

- co-ordination of the team's ICT hardware to enable efficient access to data in various locations around the world.

In more recent years (2013 to 2016) I progressed my career from technology-in-sport to technology-in-education, namely in the world of eLearning, through my role of eLearning Advisor at North Metropolitan TAFE, which involved:

- providing support and advice to lecturers on the development of engaging multimedia content;

- promoting eLearning technologies to enhance training delivery/assessment in the VET sector; and

- administration and progression of the Learning Management System servicing Western Australia's TAFE network, Blackboard.

Currently (2016 to present), I am pursuing new challenges within North Metropolitan TAFE, as I coordinate internal communications via administering, and training staff in the use of, the college's SharePoint environment utilising the efficiencies that come with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Outside of work, I can sometimes be seen running around the hockey fields of Perth, paddling a surf-ski, off-road driving or frequenting coffee shops with my little family. For more details and updates, use the social media links below.
