Scott Friedman

     Scott Friedman, CSP, (Certified Speaking Professional), was the 2004-05 President of the National Speakers Association and is a public speaker who tours across the world, internationally recognized for his expertise on employee and customer engagement, branded customer service, and using humor to engage an audience. He is a published author, having written 2 books and co-authored 4. His latest book, The Celebration Factor, documents the importance of appreciating employee's and the work that they contribute to their company. In working on the book, Scott says:

     "Celebration in the workplace is a continuous process of communicating and branding your organization culture to the world. This is done by honoring and rewarding employees and their work by organizing purposeful activities or gatherings which should result in positive outcomes for the organizations and its employees."
