I have a proven ability to provide efficient and effective service to various technologies, ensuring up-time and reliability through an innovative problem solving focus. I have training and field experience with nearly all technologies and can confidently tackle any assignment, whether I am part of a group or working on my own. While my experience is all tech support, I am looking to move in a direction that would afford me opportunities in other areas.
