Simons currently manages Instra, a digital marketing company and accredited domain registrar that enables individuals and businesses to establish, maintain and evolve an online presence. With premier websites targeting Europe, Asia and the Americas, Instra develops technology-related consumer products and web productivity tools to customers in more than 100 countries. Mr. Chase has owned and operated SC Capital Management LLC, a venture capital and start-up advisory business. Achievements include successful seed-stage debt and equity placements, strategy and capital raising advisory assignments. Previously, Simons was the primary driving force behind the financing and start-up of an emerging consumer brand that achieved rapid growth in the highly competitive US beverage industry. Simons has extensive experience budgeting and forecasting, hardening internal processes for growth and mapping product strategies to business objectives. Prior to working independently, Simons ran a consumer and industrial products company financed by a venture capital investment from Jerry Zucker, a Forbes-list industrialist. Simons started his career as a financial analyst with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). There, he played a central roll in negotiating and structuring high-profile senior debt financings in the oil & gas (Russia), power (Central America), hotel (South America), telecom (Central Asia) and manufacturing sectors (Global).
