Simons Chase has more than 15 years’ experience in financing and managing early-stage growth companies, domestic and international, and acting as a trusted advisor to startup companies, angel investors and corporate boards.  For the last eight years, Simons has owned and operated SC Capital Management LLC, a venture capital and advisory business.  Achievements include successful seed-stage debt and equity placements, strategy and capital raising advisory assignments.  Simons has also accumulated above-average track record trading performance-based accounts for high net worth investors as a registered investment advisor.  Most recently, Simons was the primary driving force behind the financing and start-up of an emerging consumer brand that achieved rapid growth in the highly competitive beverage industry.  Simons has extensive experience budgeting and forecasting, hardening internal processes for growth and mapping product strategies to business objectives.  Prior to working independently, Simons ran a consumer and industrial products company financed by a venture capital investment from Jerry Zucker, a Forbes-list industrialist.   Simons started his career as a financial analyst with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC).  There, he played a central roll in negotiating and structuring high-profile senior debt financings in the oil & gas, power, hotel, telecom and manufacturing sectors.
