Stephen M. Black

Since completing his medical training at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, Stephen M. Black has received numerous esteemed academic and administrative appointments. He was first appointed as a Research Chemist at the University of California, San Francisco before becoming an Assistant Professor with the same university. Stephen M. Black then served as an Associated Professor for three different institutions over a seven-year span: Northwestern University, University of Montana, and University of Washington. In 2005 he was named a professor at the University of Montana, before transitioning to the same position with Georgia Regents University. In 2010 Stephen M. Black was named a Regents’ Professor with Georgia Regents University, which is the position that he still holds today.
