Sterling Griffin Gig Harbor

Sterling Griffin possesses nearly 30 years of experience in real estate acquisition and development. As the current Chief Operating Officer of Hudson Homes, LLC located in the state of Washington, Sterling Griffin manages property acquisition and the construction of upscale homes between Gig Harbor and Bainbridge Island or what is better known as the Southwest Puget Sound corridor.

Mr. Griffin began his career in 1985 with the James S. Griffin Co., a family owned real estate syndication business. As Vice President of Marketing, he focused on syndicating apartment projects, retirement homes and raw land. Following his time with the family real estate business, Sterling spent nearly two decades as a self -employed real estate investor, developer and broker during which time he formed Builder Spec Loans, LLC. Builder Spec Loans provided construction loans to residential builders in Washington State that were brokered through Bismark Mortgage Company, Inc. In 2012, Mr. Griffin joined Hudson Homes, LLC.

In addition to his real estate interests, Mr. Griffin co – founded two companies from vastly different industries: Prepared Response, Inc. and Interactive Imagination Corp. Prepared Response is a leader in emergency preparedness solutions and crisis management that aims to help save lives and alleviate damage to properties. Prepared Response's solutions have been successfully implemented in schools, shopping malls, and other government and public facilities throughout the United States.

In the world of entertainment, Mr. Griffin co - founded Interactive Imagination Corp in 2000. The company developed Magi-Nation, a brand whose popularity resulted in a trading card game and video game developed for handheld console systems that were sold at retailers nationwide. As a result of the brands success Magi-Nation later became a Saturday morning cartoon produced by Cookie Jar Entertainment.

Mr. Griffin graduated from Colorado College in 1985 with a Bachelor's degree in History. In his spare time Mr. Griffin enjoys college football and fishing.
