I became interested in photography when I attended a photoshoot event while I was using a Canon Powershot SD1100IS. After quickly upgrading to a Canon Rebel T2i (EOS 550D) and starting a 365 day photography project (which can be seen in its entirety on my flickr page), I started learning whatever I could about photography in general. Recently, after my photo project ended, I have taken an interest in portrait and event photography. I upgraded to a Canon 7D in late 2012 and the main lenses I currently use are, the Sigma 30mm f1.4 and Canon EF 24-70mm f2.8L.

Currently I work with the SFU UPhoto Photography Club (feel free to join us!) in planning and executing their events and I also work with TEDxKids@BC as a photographer and planner for their upcoming events as well.

Check-out what I've done on facebook and flickr!
