I am a graduate of the M.A. program of communications where I researched social media's impact on crisis communications. (There is a link below to my thesis).

Currently, I am employed at Canada Post where I plan and implement social media strategies to engage with the public and situate Canada Post as a thought leader in the shipping world.

I am looking to contribute to the fields of social media, media relations, public relations, communications, and crisis communications.
