When I’m not working from my home office, my family keeps me busy. I’m a gadget guy, adore Apple products, home audio, and have taken an interest in managing and collaborating in online communities as well as writing.
What would I like to do more of? Stay active in service management, become an ITIL manager or expert and help organizations implement and utilize Servicedesk and PPM services.
What else? Blog design & development, to the point where I have a small portfolio I can share. Also, promote and participate in enterprise social media and collaboration.
