A Management Consultant, Timothy Valihora possesses more than 17 years of experience in information technology and software development, with specialties in data warehousing and data conversions. He works with a wide range of warehouse tools, RDBMS products, operating systems, server tools, and database platforms. Timothy Valihora has completed certified professional training for a number of programs, including IBM InfoSphere, Ascential, Oracle Relational Database Modeling and Design, and Sungard Treasury Systems. While he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Carleton University, Timothy Valihora took on various database-programming assignments, and he built up his professional experience through short-term contracts with the Canada Post, Corel Computer Corporation, and the Canadian Federal Government’s Department of Justice.

In 1995, Valihora took on a permanent position as a Computer Systems Analyst with Agriculture Canada, where he gained valuable experience in data management and database administration. He then started taking on short-term contracts with a number of companies, including Statistics Canada, WSIB, Pfizer Inc., and Cognos Inc. More recently, Timothy Valihora began fulfilling contracts as a Timewell\IBM II Management Consultant. He spent three months with South California Edison, for which he handled the firm’s CSBU Data Governance IIS V8.7 Project. During this time, he wrote a 100-page installation and configuration document to help the company facilitate future installations of the same product. He also provided training and mentoring for the firm. Timothy Valihora also spent two months fulfilling a contract with Total Systems, where he worked on Health Care ETL application development. When he is not working, Valihora enjoys practicing the guitar, golfing, and playing tennis.
