Timothy Kasbe

A father of four, Timothy Kasbe possesses a master of business administration from Duke University and is currently completing a doctoral program in theology at his alma mater. Concurrently, he serves as the executive vice president and chief operating officer at Gloria Jeans Company, the largest fast fashion clothing company in Russia and the Ukraine. Timothy Kasbe joined Gloria Jeans in 2011 after spending a two-year tenure at Sears Holding Limited in Chicago. In his position with Gloria Jeans, he provides direct oversight of supply chains, international expansion strategies, and technology initiatives that track global fashion industry trends. In addition, Mr. Kasbe is responsible for product architecture and managing the company’s online presence.

Timothy Kasbe also sits on the board of advisors of Tamr, Inc,. and the board of directors of Seriosity, Inc. At the latter, Mr. Kasbe developed a game system that helps business and sales staffs learn about achievements and failures occurring in the company. As a result, employees are more engaged in business activities and can take the initiative to help improve the overall success of the company.
