I am a journalist with a passion for American agriculture and photography. The importance of the American farmer cannot be overstated. My purpose is to highlight the importance of American agriculture through photographs and the written word. I didn't grow up on a farm, so my perspective on American agriculture comes instead as a consumer blessed with the opportunity to meet and interview farmers, ranchers and others involved in agriculture. I want to share from that perspective and help people understand much more about their food and fiber so that we can continue producing an ample supply for us and the rest of the world.
