2019 marks my 10th year in real estate. Thank you to every client, referring friend and agent who has put your trust in me.

To commemorate a decade of guiding my clients through the real estate process, I am aligning my passion for serving you with my passion for running to support Project Purple. Each family I have helped and each mile I have run has given me a true sense of purpose.

Throughout 2019, I will donate a portion of the proceeds I receive from each client transaction to this charity. My goal is to help 27 families sell or purchase their home (26.2 rounded up to the next, extra, mile). At closing I will make a donation to Project Purple on behalf of each family. Additionally this year, I will be running both the NYC ½ and full marathons to raise awareness of and to support their efforts. My new logo above reflects these intentions. Blue was chosen for Coldwell Banker and is associated with trust, loyalty and sincerity. Purple was chosen for Project Purple and is associated with creativity, devotion and ambition.

Just as I appreciate everyone who has supported my running efforts with donations, virtual cheers of my training runs, allowing me to leave water bottles on your front lawns on those hot summer Sundays, and for all of your guidance to this wannabe runner #TracyTheTurtle.

I am equally thankful for each of you who have put your trust in me to guide you, your friends and your family members through the home buying and selling process. After 10 years, I can honestly say that no two client paths are the same and I am humbled to be your REALTOR.
