Here we are in 2025. The last few years developed like no other - but thankfully, I'm still here to tell the tale...and what a tale it is! Positivity, embracing the challenges and seeking out new opportunities (personally & professionally) are the way forward.

It's hard to believe (mainly due to my youthful outlook on life!), that I have over 25 years experience working in the UK media industry, specialising in broadcast TV, live events, online formats and creative corporate communications. As a TV Talent Executive, I've created brand new recruitment and development programmes for new entrants to the media industry, for RAW TV and more recently at the formidable MAMA Youth Project. I love discovering, championing and recruiting diverse talent to soar in the creative screen industries, across the UK, in all genres in editorial, craft and production management for major prod cos, broadcasters & Streamers.

As a Trainer, I deliver group and 1:1 sessions with Trainees, organising and delivering in-person, online activities, training workshops, speaker panels, studio visits and networking events.

I had a fantastic start in production with my first 14 years spent at the BBC, shooting in the UK, USA, France and Canada. I've been fortunate to produce, direct and create award winning TV programmes & strands and 2016 saw the prestigious win of a BETT award after the success of reachoutcpd.com - a free science based online CPD resource for UK teachers.

It's rewarding to make popular, memorable and ground-breaking content & events, but even more fulfilling when you get to lead and mentor creative teams to produce their very best work and deliver great results!

Bringing my own distinctive and creative flair to comms, has given me opportunity to produce congratulatory, stark and focus changing messages via, social media, print and live channels. I'm well known for my events management skills, ranging from a West End film premier, to multiple day conferences and Open Days. I love it when a plan comes together.

When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me on a netball or tennis court - depending on the time of year!
