Nancy Wallace is the founder of Wallace Gardens, a residential garden design business located in the Atlanta-metro area, specializing in custom container gardens, garden design plans, and landscape renovation services. When the world economy morphed into an unimaginable downturn in 2008, Nancy's seven-year co-ownership of an award-winning garden boutique suddenly became an unprofitable enterprise, so Nancy embraced the opportunity to hone her horticulture skills and transform them into an improved business venture with an emphasis on personal plant services for her clients. The initial experience felt more like wind-throw: an established tree being torn from its roots in a most inelegant manner. But she quickly realized that adversity propelled her into a more creative orbit than she could have envisioned. With an updated business plan, she sallied forth as a one-woman garden army determined to spread flowers and foliage like a benediction from Utopia.

Wallace Gardens is now a thriving garden design and installation business, collaborating with clients, architects, and builders to achieve the ultimate landscape concept.
