As a project manager, I feel completely at home in an environment where respect, clear communication, and appreciation are key. I combine strategic oversight with a practical approach, focusing on project management, communication, and coordination. I thrive on variety in my work and always approach tasks with care and dedication.

My Indo (Indonesian-Dutch) background is an important part of who I am. It has taught me to draw strength from differences and to see how diversity leads to new insights and connection. That’s also why I find it important to contribute to inclusive and safe work and learning environments—places where everyone can be themselves and have the space to grow.

I believe everyone deserves equal opportunities. In my work, I’m always looking for ways to inspire and support others so they can reach their full potential. Whether it’s developing policies, organizing projects, or bringing people together—I turn ideas into action by taking concrete steps. For example, by setting achievable goals, creating a clear action plan, building support among stakeholders, and monitoring processes until the desired result is achieved.

With a good balance between vision and execution, I enjoy working on projects that make a difference—not just for today, but for the future.
