I'm a software engineer, and I help organizations transform themselves for the digital era: Team, Culture, Tools & Practices. I have the privilege to do that via a big, fancy-pants management-consulting firm named McKinsey. They're really great people and I love working there. We're a bit like a startup accelerator, using open-source tech, but for big organizations.

Recently, I was also CTO at Generation, a global non-profit organization (NGO) working to create employment opportunities for young people, and for those displaced by economic change.

I dabble in writing, and teaching other people how to do what I do, only better. I speak at some tech conferences.

I hail originally from Hilton, NY, and have also spent time in Manhattan, Washington DC, Bangkok, Yerevan, Baghdad, Kuala Lumpur, and Geneva.

For fun, I have a thing for residential architecture and design that I indulge via pinning and self-destructive renovation projects. I run, spin, and love to play Ultimate (Frisbee) (but not lately). I play Go now and again. I travel rather a lot.
