I'm an avid volunteer, cyclist, traveler and humanitarian (oh, and aspiring vegetarian). We ALL have something to offer, if we're willing to give.

A few countries I've visited: Conakry & Kan Kan, Guinea (W. Africa); Paris & Toulon, France; Rome & Naples, Italy; Antalya, Turkey; Tunis, Tunisia (N. Africa); Split, Croatia; Rota & Barcelona, Spain; Sircusa, Sicily; Valetta, Malta; Corfu & Mykonos, Greece; Rome, Italy; San Juan, Puerto Rico ... and I'm far from finished. 

Organizations I've volunteered for: Salvation Army, ForKids, Inc., Downtown Norfolk Council, Downtown 100, Urban Land Institute Hampton Roads (and Atlanta), Congress For New Urbanism, International Council of Shopping Centers, Second Harvest Food Bank, 4H, Boys and Girls Club, Young Professionals of Augusta, Tidewater Striders, Historic Augusta, Healthy Augusta ... I may be leaving some organizations out but they have a place in my heart nonetheless. Being engaged in my community is very important.
