Delton Yoder

Born and raised as an Oklahoman, I grew up and graduated High School in 2003 from the small Western Oklahoma town of Thomas. I then studied and received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, in Management at Southwestern Oklahoma State University graduating in the Spring of 2008. A few short years after graduating I worked intensely to pay back student loans like many before me; as well as put myself into position to not only discover my path in life that God had chosen for me, but to then pursue it. I have always felt an enthusiastic calling to help others. A gift in which real estate delivers by helping others sell homes, buyers achieve home ownership, and leading others to a fulfilling and flexible career in real estate. I will never forget the feeling of excitement and about one hundred other emotions I experienced when I walke into what would become my first home, purchased on the 5th of November in 2010. An event that will from experience never compare to the satisfaction I receive from selling your home or finding you your perfect home whether its your 1st home or your 5th home. I truly am blessed everyday to be a Realtor, I gain the access to influence, lead, direct, and guide you, my clients along the biggest investments in your life; an achievement that gives me a joy I had since never known. This is my story as well as a thank you letter to my past clients, my current clients, and of course my future clients for helping me find my meaning and passion in life.
