I prosecute antitrust litigation against monopolists on behalf of businesses and consumers for 50+ hours of each week, and spend the rest of my energy enjoying my wife and kids; buying, rehabbing and either renting or reselling properties in my community; and endlessly striving to improve my beloved Germantown, Pennsylvania, both in my individual capacity and as an (over)active member of the boards of West Central Germantown Neighbors, an historic neighborhood civic association where I serve as V.P. and chair of the zoning committee; and Germantown United Community Development Corporation, a promising new non-profit, with a talented board and a mission to promote sustainable revitalization of Germantown's historic business corridors, of which I am a founding member and where I chair the fundraising committee.

I doggedly pursue meaningful, productive collaboration with groups and individuals sharing my desire to forge progress towards improving the physical, social, and political fabric of our Germantown community and beyond.
