I am an entrepreneur that uses creativity, communication and a positive leadership approach to try and acquire the best talent possible. I'm fascinated by the Clifton Strengthsfinder test and have each of my employees take the evaluation. My top 5 strengths are: Futuristic, Ideation, Woo, Communication and Positivity.

As a marketer, I believe increasing your sales and brand awareness takes bold moves. I've learned this by building my company and helping our clients with their marketing strategies. And I believe the best way to attract customers is to tap into passionate communities that are eager to consume content regardless of medium. I use that philosophy when marketing my company and advise that same approach when helping my clients.

I have worked in sports for over 20 years, both at the collegiate and professional level. I'm in love with international travel, having visited 12 different countries.

I am also inspired by great photography and can usually be found shooting photos on the sidelines of University of Nebraska sporting events.
