I was born in Northern Virginia and have lived in that general area for pretty much my whole life. I really like it here.
As I grew up I learned how to acquire knowledge on my own. I also enjoy passing what I learn on to those around me. I like leading teams through active use of planning and preparation. I feel a strong team is always better than its parts, and a leader is only as good as the team they lead.
