Abhishek is passionate about boosting organizational performance through effective people management. Currently, he works for Towers Watson and is based out of the Singapore office. He has worked across a range of industries to design programs to address business needs like employee engagement, talent management, change management, employee value proposition, culture alignment, customer engagement, customer touch-point optimization etc. He has deep expertise in analysing the relationships between HR metrics and business performance. He has helped several organizations to better articulate the value of HR interventions & metrics by demonstrating their impact on key business outcomes such as sales, profitability, employee attrition, customer engagement etc. Geographically, his experience spans several countries in Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, UAE, Thailand, UAE etc.
