Adam Doubleyou

Over 10 years behind the turntables, a good ear, and eclectic taste have helped Adam to develop a singular style of DJing that connects the dots between classics and new tunes across all genres of music.

Adam has DJed at events of every size and description all over Montreal and Ottawa before settling in Québec City in 2008, where he currently juggles multiple club residencies, music programming for retail stores, a radio show and law school.

The variety of artists with whom he's shared the stage, from Method Man to Felix Cartal to Questlove, are a testament to his ability to move any crowd you put in front of him. He is also a national finalist in the 2011 Red Bull Thre3style DJ competition where he went head-to-head with Canada's best. In 2013, he won the Canadian National finals, and competed in the world finals in Toronto.

Avec plus de 10 ans derrière les platines, une oreille musicale aiguisée et une immense collection de musique, Adam a su developer au fil de ses performances un style à la fois polyvalent et coloré. C'est cependant sur scène qu'il révèle sa vraie personnalité et qu'il livre une performance a la hauteur des artistes avec qui il la partage, nommons entre autre Felix Cartal et Questlove. Tous témoignent de son talent à faire vibrer les pistes de danse. Adam Doubleyou a été un artiste invité au Festival d'Été de Québec en 2011, et a affronté les meilleurs DJ canadiens lors de la finale nationale du "Red Bull Thre3style" à au Sound Academy de Toronto en 2011 en tant que gagnant des qualifications québécoises. En 2013 il gagné aux final national, et à passé au final mondial à Toronto.
