I work as an Instructional Designer at Dartmouth College in the EdTech group, where I help faculty with teaching and EdTech in the Social Sciences and History departments. I am also involved with DartmouthX, Dartmouth's presence on the edX.org platform.

Previously, I worked as an Instructional Designer at UConn's eCampus. I worked with University faculty to develop high quality undergraduate and graduate courses online.

I am trained as a teacher through UConn's Neag School of Education Integrated Bachelor's/Master's program in Secondary Social Studies education. I have always had a professional interest in technology and it's impact on learning.

My Master's research focused around creating interactive and authentic learning in the Social Studies focused around World War II content. My other research intersets include online learning environments, instructional design, elearning, and digital/media literacy in both K12 and Higher education settings.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, working out, spending time in the outdoors, and visiting historic sites. I love reading and learning about History and Memory, World War II, 19th century industrial history, and American Indian history.
