I am an experienced computational biologist passionate about translating novel technologies into life changing therapies and diagnostics.

My time in Boston's Biotech Industry focused on applying traditional data science and machine learning approaches to small molecule drug discovery using multi-omic approaches (DNAseq, RNAseq, proteomics) and high-content image analysis. Previously, my doctoral work sought to understand the genetic modifiers of athletic performance in Drosophila and my postdoctoral research aimed to understand the transcriptomic changes associated with genotype x genotype x environment interactions.

In my free time, I can be found biking around Boston, camping in National Parks, and trail running with my dog.
