My approach is adding value through both coaching, mentoring and consulting to help people to meet goals and improve performance. It is all about supporting people to take new challenges - and going there myself.

Creating value, improving performance, helping to identify options and explore resources - this is what as coach and mentor I do with people willing to change and looking forward for personal and leadership development.

On my Cognitive Science MsC, main research was on Judgment and Decision Making.
