I am a research and education focused entrepreneur that enables others to pursue their purpose while using quantitative analytics to assist organizations in gaining greater performance through a purposeful approach to their human talent.

Adrienne is the founder of HumanTalented, (www.humantalented.com), a talent analytics and alignment company which provides human talent analytics for organizations and quantitative career education and development for individuals.

Adrienne holds a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University in leadership and policy studies, where her interdisciplinary work focused on the intersection between identity, context and occupational aspiration, choice and persistence and the impact of those on organizational behavior and performance.

Adrienne is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
