Afendy Suraip

WELL, THAT'S HIM.

Afendy has been a technopreneur since he was a senior at UiTM in 2009 and has produced dozens of products that attained awards and gold medals in competition and award ceremony. In 2010, he founded Ya Top Hitz, an internet radio station which catered to all university students in Malaysia. The radio basically created by zero cost and gained sponsorship from local advertisers such telecommunication provider to advertise in the station due to high volume of listeners which mainly students and university staffs. Later, he develops MyCampus, a social media specifically for his fellow university students to share ideas, discussing assignments or simply interacting to each other in the campus. He was being helped by his team member which he specifically select from an interview. The products he produce doesn't stop there, the growing number of awards, TV interviews and winnings in competition have made him well-known among the other technopreneur, sub-contracting him for ICT contracts and products.

He's a strong believer in the power of Inovation and Creativity. Born in Kota Kinabalu, he's the third among six of his siblings. He oftenly referred for an ideas and out-a-box thinking while respected for being a good listener.

He plays Simcity and strategy games for fun and learn some new ICT tricks in his free time.
