Andre' Harrell

Andre’ Harrell is President/CEO of AH2 & Beyond Consulting who specializes in global sales and marketing strategies, and sales training. Before landing into the wonderful world of entrepreneurship Andre’ has amassed close to 30 years of experience in commercial operations leadership primarily in the healthcare sector, industries include: Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology and Animal Healthcare. Having experiences in both domestic and international markets Andre’ has held a number of key executive leadership roles in Sales Management, Global Brand Product Marketing, Global Training, and Global Commercial Operations with fortune 100 companies the likes of Johnson & Johnson Inc, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Novo Nordisk. His last corporate position before moving into the management consulting space was Head of International Sales & Marketing Operations for Norbrook Laboratories based in Newry, Ireland where he was stationed in Ireland managing/leading 12 countries for their large and small animal healthcare business.Currently running a consulting business that focuses on international sales & marketing strategies, most of his current clients are startups, small to medium size pharma/medical device companies (also included are clients in the CPG space). Responsibilities have included developing innovative commercial infrastructure strategies, and helping clients build their corporate vision, value proposition and corporate branding.Along with his chief responsibility Andre' is Board Chairman for ARTZ Philadelphia a nonprofit organization that helps those with various forms of dementia. He's also a key opinion leader and regular contributor to Harvard Business Review (cross functional leadership subject matter expert), and is a member of SCORE a nonprofit that aids small business owners.
