I've done this work at the EMBL (European Molecular Biology Laboratory) in Heidelberg, Germany, at the Earlham Institute (EI) in Norwich, UK, as Head of the ELIXIR-UK Coordination Office, and since 2020 as a leadership trainer with EMBO Solutions GmbH.
