I'm a Marie Curie postdoctoral research fellow. I have expertise in sedentary behaviour and wearable sensing technology. This has been gained through experience in the Department of Public Health in the University of Oxford, CLARITY: Centre for Sensor Web Technologies in Dublin City University, and Microsoft Research Redmond.

I have 39 peer reviewed publications, including being guest editor of a theme issue on "Wearable cameras in health" in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine. I have also given over 40 talks at conferences and invited events. I have organised the SenseCam 2012 conference on wearable camera technologies. I am also responsible for the source code of a lifelogging browsing system, which has already had over 1100 downloads by other researchers in the field.
