An accomplished executive with many years of experience, Aimie Wang currently serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alexander Wang, Inc., in New York City. In this capacity, she has managed the launch of seven successful product categories and helped the company grow into a global brand in just three years. In addition to securing an annual sales volume increase of at least 40 percent in the last several years, Aimie Wang oversees all aspects of the company’s operations and reviews financial statements at regular intervals.
Before taking up her current responsibilities, Aimie Wang spent several years as a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Aeon Group International in San Francisco. As a member of the company’s leadership team, she developed key sourcing relationships with China and conducted rigorous evaluations of prospective suppliers. She also oversaw negotiations between buyers and vendors and ensured quality supply chain structures for clients.
Ms. Wang pursued undergraduate studies at San Francisco State University. There, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology in less than two years.
