As Senior Social Media Specialist at ICBA (the Independent Community Bankers of America), I am responsible for making lots of noise on community banks (good noise that is). Through social media, I strive to help drive the conversation about why community banks are special and how they are an essential part of the financial services industry.

Current Goals:

1. Figure out new ways to engage the public and nearly 5,000 community bank members on social media

2. Learn more about enhancing conferences with social media

3. Finding great examples of community banks using social media and meeting the person behind them!

4. Connecting with marketing and social media professionals in the financial services field
