Ajo Monzó

Ajo Monzó Almirall, got a degree in Educational Psychology at Universitat de Barcelona, and specialist in Education and Technologies at UOC ( Open University of Catalonia) has been working in Youth Information since 1990. Since 1997 has been working as a co-ordinator for Xarxa Infojove (Youth Information Services net) in Balearic Islands at Balearic Government. Her tasks include: coordination, consulting, training and publishing on Youth Information issues. Her main specialities and interests are related to young people learning processes on the Netsociety, information rights and digital citizenship: “Networking”, “Information Literacy”, “Youth Digital Citizenship”, “Blended learning” and “Non Formal and Informal Education” in the field of Youth Policy. Experience Training: Designing, coordinating and training in courses to Youth Information Workers, Youth Workers, young people, parents, teachers, etc about the main topics related to Youth and information since 1992. Member of ERYICA Training Task Force, designed, in collaboration with the group: Yntro and Digital Yintro courses. Conferences and courses: Since 1997 has been giving conferences all over Spain, Europe, South America and Morocco about Youth Information topic, Networking, and others. Collaboration with different universities: UOC ( Universitat Oberta de Catalunya), UIB ( Universitat de les Illes Balears) Publications: Articles in specialized newsletters, books, blogs and Social Networks, with contents about youth information issues.
