During my more than thirty year long working life working as a trail chef, I, unlike most of the other cooks, have made a gourmet trip in the wilderness. In my profession I have been working at the field kitchen, outdoor stoves, campfires, barbecues and so-called "Dutch Oven". I have had the whole world as my market, on almost every continent.
Our company has a strong commitment to environmental issues and therefore use of organic and fair trade products is a natural choice for us.
