Alan Gottlich

Alan Gottlich’s current position as Executive Vice President with Party Rental Ltd. builds on his 10 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer with the New Jersey catering and event rental firm. From 2001 to 2011, Mr. Gottlich oversaw sales, equipment purchasing, and real estate development while managing financial aspects of Party Rental Ltd. His dedicated sales strategy achieved a doubling in company revenue within a period of five years. Alan Gottlich also successfully completed the relocation of 4 warehouses with an aggregate of 400,000 square feet of inventory space. Party Rental Ltd. currently maintains a dozen warehouses across the Eastern Seaboard, in locations ranging from Washington, D.C. to New York City. During his tenure with Party Rental Ltd., Mr. Gottlich has facilitated significant technological upgrades, improving standards and productivity through a systematic operational environment. His underlying goal is ensuring that all operational transactions are completed successfully the first time.

Alan Gottlich earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida in Gainesville in 1982. He subsequently served as Staff Accountant with the financial auditing firm Touche Ross & Co in Newark, New Jersey. In 1984, Mr. Gottlich accepted a position as Vice President of Acquisitions and Product Development with Berg Harmon Associates in Secaucus, New Jersey. He also pursued an M.S. in Taxation at Pace University in New York during this time, graduating in 1988. From 1987 to 1991, Alan Gottlich acted as Executive Vice President of the real estate development and retail management company CNL Financial Group, Ltd. Starting in 1992, he served as President, Director, and CFO of Secaucus-headquartered Paramark Enterprises, Inc. The company had diverse nationwide interests in the retail and wholesale sectors, notably acquiring and managing the 110-unit T.J. Cinnamons retail bakery system. Mr. Gottlich oversaw the successful divesture of this operation in 1996, and subsequent development of a wholesale bakery operation in San Diego. Growing revenue to $8 million annually, he negotiated the operation’s sale to Rich Products Corporation in 2000. Alan Gottlich is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant.
