He is Vice-Secretary General of UNEDUCH, ONG in Special Consultative Status with United Nations and member of the International Academic Council. He is Head of Communication and Official Representative to the European Parliament. He graduated in Piano at the Conservatory of Music in Pescara and in Pedagogy at the University of Florence. He is Visiting Professor of Anthropology of Mind at Universidad Externado de Colombia, Bogotà, and Adjunct Professor of General Psychology at University of Genoa.
