Buisness transformation is about creating new models of performance within companies and my multiple experiences with both major international players and mid-size niche companies have allowed me to cover all the different steps of a business transformation

All my work is now motivated by strong convictions regarding what makes a business sustainably successful

1. Purposeful vision inspired by consumers and customers needs (not something to please the stock market)
2. Meaningful and actionable strategy (doesn't have to be on powerpoint, could be as simple as values)
3. Capabilities and Human centric transformation approach (please leave the processes, systems, ... alone)
4. Empowered and agile leadership at all levels of the organization (because the big boss alone can't transform his company)
