Alex Glinsky

A retired law enforcement professional with more than 25 years of experience in the field, Alex Glinsky received a Master of Arts in Human Resources Training and Development from Seton Hall University, where he graduated with a 3.92 GPA and summa cum laude honors. He also completed a number of certification programs at Seton Hall, earning a Certificate in Leadership and Management as well as a Certificate in Human Resources Training and Development.

Alex Glinsky was promoted to Sergeant and assigned to the Patrol Division of the Township of Edison Police Department in New Jersey. In this position, he maintained public safety by protecting citizens and their property, enforcing laws and statutes related to motor vehicles and criminal offenses, and ensuring quality relationships with members of local communities. In addition to investigating traffic accidents to determine cause and possible criminal activity, he also provided emergency aid to individuals who had been in accidents. Additionally, Alex Glinsky drew upon his knowledge of computer systems in researching criminal histories and obtaining information relevant to ongoing investigations.

In early 2009, Alex Glinsky was transferred as a Sergeant to the Detective Bureau of the Township of Edison Police Department. As a member of the Detective Bureau, he assumed responsibility for the application of criminal statutes, laws, court procedures, executive orders, and other aspects of the democratic process when carrying out investigations. Alex Glinsky also oversaw investigations of criminal cases and conducted in-depth research using various electronic resources. Additionally, he applied his Master’s-level knowledge of human resources training and development in production methods and leadership techniques. He retired in 2011.
