I work now as Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs for IBM in Spain. Previously, I was Director of Communications for IBM in Spain, Portugal, Greece & Israel.
Before joining Big Blue in 1999, I spent several years working at Burson-Marsteller (Madrid) and Hill & Knowlton (New York), two of the world’s leading public affairs and communications firms.
I got my Ph.D.in Marketing from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) in 1996, an M.A. in Communications Management from Michigan State University in '94, and a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from the UCM in '91.
I represent the EACD (European Association of Communication Directors) in Spain and I'm a member of Dircom and APRI. I'm also a regular speaker at business and academic forums.
