I use analysis, information architecture, enterprise architecture, and design thinking to put users at the heart of useful services. I've used several flavours of project and development methodology including hybrid approaches when developing solutions.

I'm into discovering new technology to use and new uses for old technology, understanding how digital technology is impacting our lives and cultures and encouraging people, educators and businesses to think differently, be creative, be curious and get better at what they do.
