Alison's passions in life are many. Whether it is meeting up with friends for a Taiwanese dessert, spending time in her kitchen or traveling between Asia and North America; she is certainly a woman with a lot on her plate.

She has always tried to combine her passion for food and people into her career. This path has led to many opportunities that she cherishes to this very day. If she is not in the kitchen, she is obsessing over where her next run will be!

Born in Taiwan, adopted by an American family and living a global lifestyle throughout the Middle East, Asia and America...her views on life, it's ever changing environment and different peoples and cultures makes her a true global citizen. She hopes to put joy on people's faces; whether that is with a student who needs a bit of extra attention, or serving up one of her fresh kitchen creations....she takes pride and joy in the small things in life and is excited to see where the next turn in life takes her.
