As Kforce's Senior Manager, Social Media and Talent Acquisition, my passion is finding new ways to leverage social media and digital strategies to optimize talent acquisition and employer branding. I enjoy successfully executing recruiting and branding initiatives, while at the same time focusing on creating positive candidate experiences. We live in a digital, social, and mobile world, and our industry must keep up with the times and find, attract and engage with top talent in a way that fits into our ever-changing landscape. I enjoy seeking out new, innovative ways to achieve my professional goals and to constantly learn.

When I am not at work, I enjoy speaking at industry conferences and events. I enjoy being around animals, working out, exploring the outdoors, trying new food, traveling and scuba diving. I just started doing CrossFit and LOVE it!
