As a Partner with international law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR), Allison Spinner brings more than 15 years of legal experience to her work, along with a diversified track record in corporate and transactional law. Based at the firm’s headquarters in Palo Alto, California, Allison Spinner plays an integral role in the corporate practice, steering clients through matters related to venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.

Admitted to the State Bar of California, Ms. Spinner possesses a demonstrated expertise in the technology sector, having worked with companies in the software, semiconductor, Internet, telecommunications, clean technology and retail industries. Ms. Spinner routinely works with companies, venture capital firms and investment banks.

An active member of the legal community, Ms. Spinner has spoken at a number of industry conferences and symposia over the years, with recent appearances as a panel moderator at the Next Generation Bio-Based Chemicals Summit in San Diego. Previous engagements include participation on panels for Advanced Venture Capital and Year-End and Quarterly Reporting at the Practising Law Institute.

Allison Spinner joined WSGR in the firm’s Palo Alto office in 1997. Prior to WSGR, Ms. Spinner completed a clerkship in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School.
