Today I work a Designer at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers. One of my many responsibilities is to design, evolve and maintain the usability of digital products from websites, website applications to internal tools for different form factors. In my role I advocate for future friendly methodology, coach junior designers and collaborate with business teams to create an effortless user experience. Outside of Ritchie Bros., I freelance as a designer.

Hard work, persistence and an unrelenting pursuit of the craft have guided me since 2006. My passion for technology began at a young age which led me to study telecommunications technology at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). After BCIT, I worked at small company where I helped engineers build insitu products.

I discovered the potential of design here and how to use it to enhance the product experience. I went back to BCIT to study design. Design has since been my focus while combining art and illustration in self-initiated projects and client work.
