I am a physicist and software engineer at CERN. My interests range from nuclear and particle physics to HPC. My work involves performance profiling and optimization of detector simulation and data analysis software used by the main LHC experiments, as well as research and development on porting detector simulations to GPUs. You can click the button above to visit my profile on Google Scholar, where you can see my publications.

My interests include Linux and Open Source as well. My favorite distribution is Gentoo Linux, which I use since 2002. I'm also a Gentoo Linux developer since 2015.
