Each of us has a unique journey to well-being.

As many journeys go, having skillful well-intentioned guides along the way makes for interesting company, beneficial insights and energizing new endeavors.

MY MISSION:

To expand awareness of holistic pathways to optimal health, build customized wellness maps, and coach on developing capacity for traversing these pathways.

A wellness map's routes consist of inner & external movements, each marker on the map a metropolis of explorers, discoveries and teachings.

Which routes to take? Which companions to learn from?

MY MANTRA:

I ask, "To what capacity do I yearn to explore the depth of my truth, my health, my total well-being?"

Welcome to my journey.

The answer is always arriving.

Practice after practice. Breath after breath.

I say, be strong, be open.

Aim to spontaneously and intentionally create FEEL-GOOD rhythm

within the ever-shifting nature of human being-ness.

Practice kindness to yourself and all beings.

Laugh. A lot. It makes the inner organs happy and builds the rhythm of well-being.

MY OFFERINGS:

I produce educational wellness adventures, services and product offerings distilled from 25+ years of the study and application of holistic alignments between mindset, attitude, body function and action.

I guide and produce local to global private & public classes, workshops & retreats.

I invite you on an exploration, one that creates active mindful mojo, the energy of presence, intention, follow-through, and forward motion-making along the pathways to optimal wellness and wholeness.
